Who We Are
In 2022, the PRESEC Cybersecurity Club was established in response to the Ghana National Cybersecurity Quiz, aiming to represent Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School in cybersecurity challenges. The club has since grown into a vibrant community focused on cybersecurity education, digital defense, and promoting safe internet practices. Its mission is to raise cybersecurity awareness by empowering individuals with knowledge and fostering a culture of digital responsibility. The club envisions a future where cybersecurity is a shared value, with a resilient global community that prioritizes privacy, integrity, and security, transforming the digital space into a safe environment for innovation and collaboration.

Simulated Cyberattacks and Practical Learning
The club employs hands-on learning methods, such as simulated cyberattacks and instructional videos, to provide students with real-world cybersecurity experience. This innovative approach enhances understanding and prepares members for practical challenges.

The club organizes regular workshops and training sessions to equip members with advanced cybersecurity skills, such as ethical hacking, network security, and digital forensics. These sessions are designed to deepen technical expertise and prepare members for real-world cybersecurity challenges.
Notable Achievements
In 2022, the PRESEC Cybersecurity Club aimed to excel in the Ghana National Cybersecurity Quiz, securing victory that year and placing second in the 2023 semi-finals.
